BRANDY or BOURBON GLAZED CARROTS...your choice!! Learn how fast, easy & delicious this lovely colored root vegetable is to prepare!! You'll be glad you did!! A perfect side dish that's always a HIT!! Click on "SHOW MORE" below for recipe... BRANDY or BOURBON GLAZED CARROTS 1 LB. Fresh Carrots, ends cut off, peeled, rinsed & sliced 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons Brandy or Bourbon (May substitute with water) 2 teaspoons sugar !/4 teaspoons kosher salt 1. In a 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, add carrots & water. Bring to a boil. Cover skillet with tight fitting lid. Cook 15 minutes. 2. Remove lid. Add butter, sugar, salt & Brandy or Bourbon. Stir. Cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat. Serve within 10 minutes. ENJOY!!
